Remember how your computer worked when you first bought it? If you need to reset it to "factory" we can help get you there by backing up your data and performing a reload.

A Backup and OS Reload includes:

• Backup Important Files and Folders
• Reload original OS that is licensed (or upgrade provided)
• Installed latest drivers and updates for OS
• Install Common Apps (Adobe, VLC, Java, Etc.)
• Install Open Office (Or MS Office if provided)
• Transfer Data back to Computer
• Physical Cleaning
