We will install monitoring software for three months that will answer these questions and provide comprehensive performance reports. Armed with this information you will be able to plan and manage your server’s configuration for better productivity and longevity. We will also provide real time alerts if anything seems wrong.

Computer Backup Recovery Check – $150.00
What exactly does your current data backup process cover? Computer networks change over time and backup processes aren’t always modified accordingly. We will examine your backup process and provide you with a map of the data covered, and not covered and how your process matches industry standards. So you can either rest easy or decide that changes are required.

Microsoft XP Migration Check – 5 PC’s or less- $100.00 ($20.00 per additional PC)
PCs running XP are old. Hardware failure recovery is expensive and stressful. New PCs are inexpensive and Windows 7 has great reviews. IDC’s white paper “Why Sticking with Windows XP is a Bad Idea“ shows upgrading from Windows XP to Windows 7 pays for itself in a year. Our Migration Check will provide you with a path forward. Our audit tool will provide a list of software installed on each PC. We provide a list of any unique features per PC. We’ll check whether devices (e.g. printers, scanners) are supported in Windows 7. The goal is to identify possible problems and give you a specification for moving forward.
